Internal Quality Assurance Unit

Quality assurance is guided by the State Quality Standards and standards and guidelines arising in particular from the EU Bologna Process. The key external quality standards and guidelines are:



Internal QA activities are also guided by the University’s strategic plan that outlines specific goals for quality assurance. QA activities are also guided by many other processes including the internal student feedback, student representation and other stakeholders such as employers.


EPOKA University uses external guidelines to develop  internal Policies and Procedures that define all processes including quality monitoring and the duties and responsibilities of various units and commissions.


Quality Monitoring is done mainly through surveys and Enhancements arising from quality review and internal monitoring are measured through key performance indicators.
