Based on Article 37 of the Statute of EPOKA University, the Internal Quality Assurance Office constitutes the Internal Quality Assurance Unit in the institution. The Head of the Internal Quality Assurance Office (IQAO) and staff are approved by the Academic Senate upon the Rector's proposal. The Internal Quality Assurance Office reports to The Permanent Commission of Quality Assurance (PCQA) and implements the decisions taken by the Commission.
One of the main responsibilities of the IQAO is to manage the University’s Quality Review processes and provide advice and assistance to staff and units undertaking quality review. The IQAO works in close collaboration with the PCQA to ensure that EPOKA meets its statutory obligations and is aligned with relevant national and international Higher Education Quality Frameworks. Additionally, the office's scope encompasses handling the University's data collection for statutory reports, as well as coordinating the submission of data to external rankings agencies and analyzing.
